About Dr. Basel Mofti

Dr. Basel Mofti qualified in 2012 with a Bachelor Degree in Dental Surgery (BDS). Following that he undertook the examinations to gain the Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery (MFDS) from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. He then joined the prestigious University of Dundee, UK and underwent 3 years of post-graduate residency training in the specialty of Orthodontics, where he graduated with distinction gaining a Master's (MSc) degree in Orthodontics. He subsequently obtained the Intercollegiate Membership in Orthodontics from the Royal College of Surgeons of England (MOrth RCSEng). Dr. Basel is an award winning Orthodontist and a respected researcher in his field with many publications in international journals. He is a certified Invisalign provider with a special interest in clear aligner therapy, self-ligating braces, and face-driven orthodontics. He is a detail-oriented clinician with a focus on patient centered treatment. He prides himself on patient satisfaction and team work. Having lived in the USA, UK, and UAE has given him the unique opportunity to be exposed to a variety of cultures and equipped him with the necessary experience to deal with people from different backgrounds.
