Dr. Sanobar Yasmeen for instance has been a very important factor in the success of AML and a key contributor to quality service delivery. Dr. Sanobar Yasmeen- AML’s Medical Director is an experienced certified CLI Internal Auditor and in Quality Management Systems. She boasts of vast experience in a wide variety of areas including IHC and eye pathology. Her blood bank experience has also been pivotal in ensuring quality service delivery. Dr. Sanobar has more than three years’ worth of experience as a pathologist during which she worked for Musheerabad Diagnostic Centre in Hyderabad, India. She has also worked in Gandhi Hospital as a Senior Resident/Specialist in Pathology in Department of Pathology. Some of the other areas in which Dr. Yasmeen has worked include Osmania Medical College and Princess Dureshhewar Children Hospital where her responsibilities included handling deliveries, assisting in surgeries and management of high risk cases. Dr. Yasmeen graduated from Osmania Medical College with M.D Pathology in April of 2013 and a first division in M.B.B.S, 2007 from Gandhi Medical College. She has also attended various workshops including CLI Internal Auditor &Quality Management Systems Certificate Course and a number of conferences like the IAPM Telangana State Chapter first conference. She has therefore acquired all the necessary skill and experience needed to facilitate incredible patient care services. Dr. Yasmeen is a self-driven, passionate and highly motivated professional who will go an extra mile to ensure client satisfaction. As can clearly be seen, Dr Yasmeen is properly qualified and trained for the job. It is therefore great to have her as part of the team as she will guarantee consumers nothing but the best of services. Another key member of our team is Mr. Safdar Ali Kayani who is our Laboratory Manager who manages a highly skilled team of Laboratory Technologists. He is a highly motivated professional who boasts of an experience of 37 years in blood bank, hematology, pathology and biochemistry departments. He also has a DHA license. He is energetic, hardworking, ambitious and an incredible team player. His analytical and planning skills are impeccable and his ability to coordinate employees to work towards achieving customer satisfaction and meeting organizations goals is pretty amazing. Mr. Safdar’s ability to coordinate and execute tasks even in deadline oriented environments has been pivotal in ensuring that Alpha Medical Laboratory remains a reliable and trustworthy service provider. He works pretty well under pressure and comfortably multitasks to ensure excellence. He has great mastery of a wide range of technical fields. Mr. Safdar Ali Kayani has also attended a number of conferences and seminars such as Laboratory Safety Course by Bio Tiqania and the Middle East Laboratory Management Conference among several others. These seminars have helped him gain several skills that have been very effective in ensuring excellence in patient care. He has achieved several awards and certificates for his brilliance in the field. In 2001, he was awarded a Certificate of Appreciation by Department of Health and Medical Services. In the same year, he received Award of Excellence for 25 years of Service also offered by Department of Health and Medical Services. There are several other awards that he has received over the course of his service. With such leaders, Alpha Medical Laboratory is undoubtedly in the perfect position to offer consumers nothing short of the best services. We offer over 600+ individual tests across all Lab subspecialties like Molecular Diagnostics, Histopathology, Cytopathology, Immunohistochemistry, Autoimmune Disorders, Immunoassays, Microbiology (Routine & Specialized), Protein Chemistry, Clinical Chemistry, Hematology, Coagulation and Infectious Disease testing. With facilities to perform most of the tests in-house a quick turnaround time is ensured. Alpha Medical Laboratory is conveniently located in Al Ameri Tower, 1st Floor, Office suite 103, Tecom, Dubai which in a prime location besides the Grand Millennium Hotel. The lab is easily accessible from the road by car and by metro (Internet City Metro Station). AML is operational 6 days a week Saturday to Thursday from 8am to 9:30 pm
