Taking great pride in our historic roots in Dubai, and with an enduring commitment to make a positive contribution to the health and wellness of the residents of Dubai, Dr. Kamkar carry forth the legacy set by our founder, Dr. Abdulhussain Kamkar. The late Dr. Kamkar established his clinic in 1939 in the heart of old Dubai in the Al Ras area, which later became the Gold Souk. At that time, medical services in Dubai were very basic and Dr. Kamkar was also serving patients in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. In 1997, the Clinic expanded and started to provide more comprehensive services including physiotherapy, dentistry, and acupuncture besides general medicine. In 2012, the second transformation occurred with the addition of a Pediatric specialty center in Uptown Mirdif to provide services in a child friendly environment. In 2015, our branch in the Remal Mall (Al Sarab area) opened its doors offering physiotherapy and dental services. Looking back at the last 75 years of service to the Dubai community, we are proud that we have been a part of this great success story. The transformation of our Clinic has coincided with the transformation of Dubai from a small community to a world-class metropolis.
