The only person with a human heart in this clinic is the Phillipina reception man. They have a nurse who really deserve not to even work with animals!! The staff are really just horrible!

Very poor service, actually you cant call it service because no service at all... i cant even give 1 corner of the star to this establishment especially the GP who attended us Hamdy Ali doesn’t know anything... without checking, he will start the patient to go out from his room.....

Staff are really professional, friendly and with a great smile.....Both of the reception staff ( the young lady and the young man) are extra polite and give you a great feeling of welcome.Every when I have met the doctor, the laboratory staff were perfect. Thank you
