Founding Date The first Magrabi Optical store opened in Saudi Arabia in 1981. We also offer comprehensive eye exam because annual check-ups are the key to maintaining healthy eyes. *(Not applicable in the Egyptian market) 1 Day Express Service Most Magrabi Optical locations are equipped with state of the art labs capable of producing 80% of all prescription lenses within 1 day (lenses existing in stock). Some specialized orders or prescriptions lenses material may require additional time. 15 Day Exchange Guarantee If for any reason you are not happy with your prescription glasses or sunglasses, then you may exchange them within fifteen days of the purchase date at the Magrabi Optical location where they were purchased (the item should remain in a sellable condition and presented in its original packaging with proof of purchase). One Year Regional Warranty Magrabi Optical guarantees all prescription frames and sunglasses against manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Home Delivery Magrabi Optical will gladly deliver eyewear to your home or office (a nominal service fee applies for deliveries outside the stores area). Free After Sale service Magrabi Optical will provide Free ultra sonic cleaning and adjust eyewear purchased at any of our stores for as long as you own the product. We also offer selected free parts should your eyewear require any replacements on items such as screws and nose pads.
