I had a great experience at this clinic. I especially want to appreciate their receptionist — he was extremely polite, helpful, and welcoming. He guided me through everything clearly and made the whole process very easy. Highly recommended!

The reception process is very slow. It usually takes more than an hour just to see the doctor, and sometimes up to an hour and a half. The staff really need to work on making the reception tasks faster so patients don’t have to wait so long for their appointments.

The registration desk here is slower very slow taking at least 2hour to get a token, with multiple patients experiencing similar delays. And then they are focused for money only once DH leave 75aed +blood test 16 but report they are providing not at a the time they told minimum 4...

I had a very disappointing experience at Access Clinic. The reception staff were quite rude, which made the visit uncomfortable. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their customer service

Nice experience. Waiting time is little bit laggy. But all staffs and doctor is good. Neat and clean. only the thing is now they are not accepting Nextcare PCP all aster branches.good parking is available in Ramala mall.
